During two of our four-day stay, only 1/4 of the elevators worked properly. During the remaining two days, 2/4 of the time, we were able to go down to the lobby from the floors where our rooms were, but we couldn't go up to the guest rooms from the lobby, which was very inconvenient.
Also, the food wasn't very tasty, the restaurants we could use were limited, and even though it was all-inclusive, room service and many drinks were also charged.
It was quite a hassle to have to check what was available on the app, but I wonder if that's the case everywhere...?
The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls were very thin and we could hear normal conversations from the next room, so we had to be careful.
I don't think I'll stay here again.
